SEMINAR OVERVIEW
THE APPROACH
The approach of this training program is distinct in relation to the traditional time management programs, which have a rigid list of do’s and don’ts. This program teaches concrete principles which can be applied in all work situations and in all facets of life including personal time management. The principles and time management techniques taught at the workshop have an effect that is lasting, significant and practical.
PART I Pre-Course Analysis
Through discussions with management and/or participants, Spectrum identifies the learning objectives prior to the seminar. It is important for the facilitator to appreciate participant's needs, challenges and expectations in order to tailor the seminar.
PART II Time Management Seminar
Time Management addresses both the skills and attitudes critical to an individual’s success. This active, hands-on workshop combines facilitation with participant involvement exercises. Participants are taught how to utilize their current system to ensure daily and consistent use and given tips on time management.
PART III Follow Up
Spectrum will follow up with management and/or participants to discuss feedback from session. Participant evaluation forms are available for review.
INVESTMENT OPTIONS:
This seminar is based on a half-day rate of $6,500. Recommended group size is 15 - 20 participants.
